Smart Hotel Napoli - Naples

The culinary gems around the Smart Hotel Napoli are epic! I indulged in wood-fired pizzas at La Lazzara Trattoria e Pizzeria-absolute heaven! The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a spread that would impress even the pickiest eaters. Not to mention, the clean and spacious room was super comfortable.

We had a cheeky encounter with some mosquitoes the first night because the sliding glass door was ajar when we checked in, but we swiftly took care of them. After that, everything else glimmered bright !

There was the varied breakfast, really enjoyed the location.

Had a very very good stay also during the night, glad I've chosen it. I booked modern triple room here with a hearty breakfast on offer, a magnificent bathroom plus the balcony on the water. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus. The staff was very courteous and absolutely kind - I would stay here again.

The shower water had a strange slippery texture, uncomfortable and left me perplexed. There seemed to be some pests in the room that added to my overall discomfort, detracting from any enjoyment I might have experienced at the hotel.

Positive, The location was spot on, super close to the port for catching ferries. My room was spacious and clean, with really comfy beds too. The breakfast spread was excellent with loads of options to choose from! I loved the cute vibe from the staff as well 😊

I loved having a room that opened onto a private patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the cruise ships embark. Our stay had its ups and downs. The staff's friendliness brightened our mornings, though the breakfast eggs weren't ideal. Make sure to ask for towel hooks in your room! Despite some temperature issues, the vibrant decor in our room created a cozy atmosphere. Avoid taking a car, parking fees are steep.

Just a good match for a quick layover in Naples with excellent value for money. The bathroom had a really nice shower that was refreshing after a long trip. Bring your own snacks, as the mini-bar is limited.
